Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Salman yesterday received a written message from Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
It was handed to the prince by Arshad Harmozlo, senior adviser to the president, during a meeting at the Ministry of Defense.
The meeting was attended by Prince Muhammad bin Salman, special adviser, Gen. Hussein Al-Qubail, chief of staff, and other senior officials.
The Turkish side was represented by Murad Bayar, undersecretary for defense industries, and Lutfi Varoglu, head of the International Cooperation Department at the Defense Ministry.
Also yesterday, Prince Salman received Pakistan’s new defense attaché Brig. Tahir Gulzar Malik, who assumed his responsibilities at the Pakistani Embassy in Riyadh recently.
