We'll work to strengthen security: Prince Ahmed

Interior Minister Prince Ahmed said yesterday that his ministry would continue its efforts to strengthen the Kingdom's security with public support.
Speaking to princes, ulema and a group of citizens who came to congratulate him on his new appointment, Prince Ahmed said it was difficult to work in the place of late Prince Naif, who was interior minister for 37 years.
He said the arrival of a large number of foreign delegations to condole the death of Prince Naif reflected the Kingdom's international reputation.
Prince Ahmed noted Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah's efforts for the welfare of citizens. He underscored the unity of Saudi leadership and people.
