London: Mission of Saudi Sports for People with Special Needs
concluded here today its participation in competitions of London 2012 Paralympics Games with achieving silver medal in the competition of men’s discus throw.
The occasion was attended by Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom; Prince Salman bin Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz; and Dr. Nasser Al-Saleh, head of mission and Secretary General of Saudi Sports Federation for Special Needs.
Tunisian head of the Arab Union of Sports for Special Needs, Ali Harzallah has handed over the silver medal in the discus throw competition to the Saudi hero Hani Al-Nakhli.
Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare, President of Saudi Olympic Committee and President of Saudi Federation of Persons with Special Needs extended congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of winning a silver medal in Men’s Discus Throw competition by the Saudi Athlete Hani Al-Nakhli at London 2012 Paralympic Games.
Prince Nawaf attributed this achievement to guidance of God Almighty and then, the support extended by the wise leadership to all sportsmen.
