Quebec: 107th seventh session of the General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union began in the Canadian city of Quebec yesterday with the participation of a delegation from the Shoura Council.
The delegation of the council was led by Secretary General of the Council Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Amr.
In a statement on the occasion, Al Amr highlighted the importance of the council’s participation in the meeting to boost the presence of the kingdom in various international arenas.
Meanwhile, the council participated in a coordination meeting held by the Islamic Group on the sidelines of meetings of the 127th session of the General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
