Afridi to unveil MCH SPL T20 Cup for MCA tomorrow

JEDDAH: Madinah Cricket Association (MCA) in coordination with Jeddah Cricket Association will launch the My Care Hala (MCH) -sponsored Saudi Premier League T20 Cup on Saturday at 9 p.m. at the Madinah Oberoi Hotel in Madinah Munawwara.
The trophy is to be unveiled by world renowned former Pakistan Test and ODI cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi, who will also perform Umrah during his visit to the Kingdom. The main sponsors of the SPL League in Madinah are My Care Hala Group which has always been in the forefront in supporting cricket activities as part of its corporate social responsibilities toward the community in general. The co-sponsors of the event are UT Lines.
The Saudi Premier League tournament is being conducted in Madinah by Madinah Cricket Association with the strong support and backing of Jeddah Cricket Association in line with JCA’s SPL T20 – the first ever Saudi Premier League conducted in the Kingdom in 2015 which ran for a period of 16 weeks and was highly successful not only locally but internationally through JCA’s extensive publicity campaign in print and social media.
This is in line with JCA’s policy of promoting and developing cricket not only in Jeddah but with coordination with other cricketing associations in the Kingdom like it did with Intercity 2 match series in January 2016 against Riyadh Cricket League and now with MCA .
