RIYADH: The Minister of Water and Electricity, Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hossein, signed 21 contracts to implement water and sanitation projects in the Kingdom at a total cost of more than SR 444 million.
The projects will be implemented in Riyadh, Madinah, Makkah, Asir, Jouf, Baha, Hail, the Eastern Province and Northern Borders.
The implementation of these projects reflect the Ministry's continual services for the benefit of citizens and take into account the requirements for the next phase of urbanization and the rapid population growth in cities and governorates of Saudi Arabia.
