RIYADH: Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah Al-Husayen has signed 26 contracts to implement several water and sanitation projects in various parts of the Kingdom at a total cost of more than SR 570 million.
The implementation of these projects by the Ministry of Water and Electricity comes within the framework of royal directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and his constant care to provide all necessary utility services to citizens in all parts of the country.
They also reflect the ministry’s continual services for the benefit of citizens and take into account the requirements of the next urbanization phase and rapid population growth in cities and governorates of Saudi Arabia.
