US calls for Tuesday UN vote on Taliban deal

The US troop withdrawal from Afghanistan has begun as part of the 29 Feb agreement with Taliban .
The move also puts pressure on the Afghan govt. to talk to the Taliban for “permanent and comprehensive cease-fire“
