Ideal employment and nationalistic experience is impossible without proper training, distinct rehabilitation and optimum utilization of national human resources, as these are some of the most important elements of production, said Abdullah bin Mohammad Al-Razin. The chairman of the Saudi Scientific Association for Training and Human Resources Development made his observation at the Association’s Second Conference at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh on Monday.
Al-Razin said the annual forum aimed to provide value-added services to the training industry in particular and the national economy in general through consultation, exchange of experience and special discussion to achieve the aspirations of the government.
He added: “The Specialized Scientific Associations within the universities are the first incubators for an initiative to provide the best methods in investing in optimal human capital.”
The conference comes as implementation of King Abdullah’s desire to enable Saudi citizens to develop skills and further improve their knowledge in addition to nationalize experiences that would eventually contribute to building the national economy. This would allow the country to deal effectively with global developments and economic changes in all sectors.
