TVTC launches 7th training program for Saudi trainers

JEDDAH: The Technical and Vocational Training Council (TVTC) of Makkah started on Sunday a training program for Saudi trainers for the 7th time in a row at technical colleges, telecommunications, institutes and industrial high schools in the Kingdom.
Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani, director of the technical education council for Makkah and chairman of the technical and vocational training institute Makkah pointed out that the program would take two weeks. It would provide technical and vocational training to trainers in general, under the auspices of the Public Administration Services Authority Training Foundation, which oversees it also in Riyadh and the Eastern Province. Al-Zahrani said the program is aimed at advancing the level of coaching and training through programs, to prepare and qualify trainers for proficiency training in theory and practice to enable them to plan, implement and evaluate the training process to achieve a more effective output.
He further said that they targeted the newly joined trainers to join in this institution of the various governorates and regions of the Kingdom and get trained through these qualifying sessions.
Al-Zahrani explained that the training program is based on a total of 50 hours of training, which include the training of ethics, institutional affiliation, the use of modern training techniques, methods, in addition to the formulation of behavioral objectives.
