Ahmed Al-Daryuish, deputy rector for scientific institutes affairs at Imam Muhammed bin Saud Islamic University (IMSIU), has recently conducted an inspection tour to the new scientific institute building and the summer club that is currently organized by IMSIU in Al-Kharj.
Commenting on the project, Al-Daryuish said the project showed the state’s care for the university and its scientific institutes. He said the achievements experienced by these institutes were attributed to the support given by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and the crown prince.
He also expressed thanks to the minister of Higher Education, his deputy and the IMSIU rector for their sincere assistance to the university and its scientific institutes.
The project has been designed on the latest educational style and divided into two stages: intermediate and secondary. Later, Al-Daryuish and the accompanying delegation visited the summer club organized at the scientific institute in Al-Kharj, where he was briefed on all activities there.
He said the summer clubs were aimed at preparing a proper environment for youths based on pure Islamic teachings and values, promote their loyalty to the nation and inspire the spirit of love between the participants.
He said the summer clubs offered well-planned programs that meet the requirements of the current era, adding that the participants were enjoying educational, entertainment and developmental programs that would promote their minds and ideas.
At the end of the ceremony, Al-Daryuish distributed honorary prizes and shields to the students participating in the summer club.
