Zain KSA said prepaid lines subscribers can now update their ID information at the Saudi post and Express Mail Service (EMS) offices.
They can also update their identification data by visiting any of the Zain KSA flagships located across the Kingdom.
The company said subscribers can update their ID information for their prepaid lines at more than 600 Saudi Post or EMS offices.
Zain’s measures are line with the Communications and Information Technology Commission’s (CITC) regulations for prepaid lines.
In an effort to facilitate the updating process for customers, the company has introduced a number of recharging mechanisms.
Customers can recharge their credit via scratch cards, by pressing * 141* followed by identification number* then scratch card’s 14-digit number # and then pressing (dial). To receive balance recharging conformation directly, subscribers can also call (1717) and follow the instructions to recharge using the scratch cards.
Zain KSA subscribers can also transfer credit to any prepaid line within the network under a new mechanism. They need to send an SMS message to 702702 as follows (BT then the recipient mobile number followed by the transferred balance amount). The recipient then has to send (ID then his registered ID number) to the same number to be able to use the transferred balance.
Zain KSA said customers can always find more information at the nearest Zain branch or from the company’s official website sa.zain.com.
They can also call customer care center 0590000959 (959 for Zain lines).
