Zain social media partner for ArabNet Conference in Riyadh

Zain KSA declared it will participate as a social media partner at the ArabNet Conference, which opens today at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh.
The show is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, according to organizers.
The company said the importance that social media channels gained recently and the increase in its usage especially by the youth, in addition to the great interest that the conference showed toward entrepreneurs and their experiences, all that encouraged the company to concentrate its efforts in the field of social media, and to participate in conferences and events that support this aim.
The company indicated that the conference, which hosts a group of professionals in the digital fields and Arab entrepreneurs, is considered one of the most important events that address the Internet and mobile phones sectors in the Middle East, aiming to develop these sectors and form new digital companies, in addition to launching a database of emerging companies and its staff; in order to highlight the business development in the region.
The company said that its participation in the conference comes as part of its ongoing strategy to activate its role in social media channels on the Internet, considering the growing interest that these channels witnesses at the grassroots level, in addition to the development of the local and Arabian content on the network.
Zain KSA says it is keen on activating its roles in communication and social sectors development, through its accounts on social networking sites to directly communicate and provide its services to its subscribers, in addition to direct interaction with the followers of its channels.
