RIYADH, 23 April  — Minister of Higher Education Khaled Al-Anqari signed yesterday an agreement of scientific cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and German Ministry of Education and Research. The agreement aims to strengthen ways of cooperation in scientific research between the two countries. The accord is expected to contribute to improving the standard of higher education in the Kingdom. Prof. Klaus Landfried,, president of the Council of German Universities, signed the agreement on the German side.
