RIYADH, 28 April — Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation, will open the first conference of value engineers in the Kingdom at the King Faisal Conference Hall here today. The two-day meeting aims at highlighting the growth of value engineering in the Kingdom. The prince will be awarded the prize of Distinction in VE performance by the International Society for Value Engineering. VE is recognized as a successful method for strategic planning, quality improvement, management studies, manufacturing and construction.
