JEDDAH, 30 April — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday approved exemption of fines for cars with old traffic number plates. One-time renewal fee will be collected according to the order. It also exempted old cars, which are not road-worthy and whose owners wish to sell them as scrap, from fine on condition that the number plates and registration cards be returned to the concerned authority.
