JAUF, 1 May  — The National Commission for Wildlife Conservation Development and the ministries of Interior, Commerce, Agriculture and Water and Municipal and Rural Affairs in a joint statement warned the public against trafficking in animals of endangered species. The warning came in the wake of increasing reports of various endangered animals being offered for sale in some markets, particularly near the border with Yemen. The violators of related regulations will face severe punishment, the statement added.
