RIYADH, 7 May — A tribunal comprising representatives of Riyadh governor’s office, police and the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, Invesigations Commission and Public Prosecution has sentenced four youths to 15 lashes each  and few days of detention for harassing girls. The four youths were arrested last Wednesday while harassing girl students in the Aqariya souk, the Olaya Road.
