RIYADH, 9 May — A primary schoolteacher here is facing an inquiry on charges of beating a boy, who is a chronic heart patient. The boy suffered injuries to his face and eye in Afif on April 9. The boy passed out following a powerful blow and was immediately taken to a hospital. The boy’s uncle also blamed the teacher for causing a delay in the heart surgery of the boy, which he was to undergo on April 11 at the Prince Sultan Heart Surgery Center.
