KARACHI, 9 May — Transporters have announced they will go on strike on May 10 to protest the setting up of a large number of traffic checkpoints and reiterate their demand for compensation for 36 vehicles torched during previous strikes.
Transporters accuse traffic police of harassment and extorting money from them.
