RIYADH, 13 May — The Shoura Council approved several agreements between the Kingdom and other countries in yesterday’s session, which met under its Chairman Sheikh Muhammad Jubair. Some agreements between the Kingdom and international organizations were also approved. They included a cooperation agreement between the Kingdom and Malaysia to encourage and mutually protect investments, Kingdom’s joining The Hague-based international agreement for peaceful settlement of disputes, Shoura’s Secretary-General Hamoud Al-Badr said in a statement. The council also approved the joint cooperation agreement between GCC countries and the countries of the European Free Trade League, Al-Badr said.
