JEDDAH, 13 May — Marking the National Osteoporosis Month, Dr. Nadia Ghanam’s clinic is holding a three-day awareness program. It will feature an open men’s walk through day at the clinic today followed by a women’s walk through tomorrow
On Wednesday there will be a seminar, held at Hyatt Regency Hotel with three main speakers from Riyadh and Jeddah. The clinic will open its doors to enable patients and those concerned about osteoporosis to learn more and understand the dangers of osteoporosis, how to avoid it and deal with it.
Visitors will also have a chance to ask questions, tour the clinic and view the posters and books on this subject. “We are expecting more than 100 visitors to see and participate in the walk through visit,” said Bessa Mckay from Dr. Nadia Ghanam’s Clinic.
Dr. Ghanam said that she was expecting a number of doctors and medical staff to participate.
