JEDDAH, 15 May  —  An Arab overstayer, who ran away from police custody to a mountainous region in the Mahd governorate, sent back his handcuff to the police station, Al-Bilad reported yesterday. Surprisingly enough, the chains were brought in by another overstayer of the same nationality working in the country for the last 22 years.
