JEDDAH, 17 May — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd, has issued orders promoting 51 judges in the Justice Ministry and 81 members of the General Commission for Investigation and Prosecution. The king also promoted 787 military officers of varying ranks in different military sectors.
