RIYADH, 21 May  — Prince Sattam, deputy governor of Riyadh, inspected a jail for women prisoners, the Malaz jail and the reformatory in Hayer yesterday. After the visit, Prince Sattam said the Interior Ministry had chalked out a plan to improve conditions in the country’s prisons. Commenting on the women prisoners, the prince said only five percent of them were Saudis while the rest belonged to various nationalities.
