RIYADH, 27 May — The board of directors of the Food Products Company has accepted in principle a merger offer from the Ajwa group for food industries to form a new company for producing and marketing food products, according to a press statement by FPC yesterday. Measures would be taken to protect the interests of all parties, it said, adding that a feasibility study on the project would be presented to the company’s general assembly shortly.
