RIYADH, 4 June  — Agriculture and Water Minister Dr. Abdullah Muammar yesterday signed an SR97 million contract with a Swiss firm to establish a new flour mill in Riyadh. He said the new mill will have a capacity to supply 1,770 tons daily. With the establishment of the new mill, the total capacity of flour mills in the Kingdom will reach 7,000 tons daily.
