RIYADH, 10 January — The Shoura Council has approved two agreements on the ways to boost relations between the Kingdom and the Republic of Venezuela. Hamoud Al-Badr, secretary-general of the council, said after Shoura Council session yesterday that the first agreement dealt with cultural cooperation while the other was on economic, tourism and technological cooperation.
