RIYADH, 9 January — Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal yesterday held talks with his Sudanese counterpart Dr. Mustafa Othman Ismail on strengthening bilateral relations and regional and international issues. Ismail handed to Prince Saud a message from President Omar Al-Bashir to Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard. (SPA)
