JAUF, 7 June — A citizen in Sakaka warned the police and bank officials immediately when he detected an ATM machine in the area was defective.
Muhammad Al-Najdi found out the defect when he got SR1,000 instead of SR100 he keyed in on the machine.
He said the receipt did not register the deduction.
Al-Najdi guarded the machine until police came and called bank officials to take immediate steps to repair the malfunctioning machine.
