MAKKAH, 17 January — Municipal and Rural Affairs Minister Muhammad Al-Jarallah signed a contract leasing a plot to build a multi-story commercial market and car park off Al-Andalus Street in the Otaibiah district in Makkah. The annual rent for the plot is SR1.105 million, said Makkah Mayor Fuad Ghazzali in a statement. The 20-year lease contract will be in force six months after the signing or when the construction work for the project ends. The complex will cover an area of 3,229 square meters. (SPA)
