DAMMAM, 16 June — A student at the Arts College for Girls in Dammam failed in her annual examinations because she forgot to submit the answer papers to the test supervisor.
The Okaz newspaper said in a report yesterday that the girl studying in the geography department took the answer papers home after writing the three-hour-long test and came to know about the mix-up only the next day.
The college’s disciplinary committee did not allow the girl to take a supplementary test that would have made her eligible for promotion to a higher class, the paper said. (AN)
