DENVER, 19 June — The scheduled arraignment of Naif Al-Yousef in Denver District Court on charges relating to the death of Saudi college student Abdulaziz Al-Koohaji was postponed on a request from the defendant’s lawyer, Gary Luzow.
The continuance was granted based on a claim by Luzow that he is unable to devote himself to Al-Yousef’s legal matters, as he is currently involved in another trial.
It is now anticipated that the arraignment will take place next Monday if Luzow is available. (MYBI)
