TAIF, 27 January — The Commission for Promoting Virtue and Preventing Vice has arrested about 500 Saudi youths in Taif for harassing girls at market places, Al-Madinah newspaper reported yesterday. It said the organization had taken steps to prevent such practices. The agency has stored information about youths involved in such practices in computers. (A.N.)
