RIYADH, 4 February — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd has approved setting up of two clubs for deaf and dumb in Jeddah and Dammam. A sum of SR500,000 has been allocated for each club, according to a statement issued by Prince Sultan ibn Fahd, president of the Youth Welfare. Prince Sultan appreciated King Fahd's attention and care to the disabled. He underscored the valuable services of this section of people to cultural awakening in the country. (SPA)
