RIYADH, 15 February — The Communications Ministry yesterday issued the rules and conditions for obtaining licenses for transportation of women teachers. The vehicle used for the purpose, to be owned by a Saudi citizen or a registered firm, should not be more than 10 years old and should be insured. The drivers should be Saudis not less than 30 years of age and must be accompanied by his wife or a close female relative. (SPA)
