DAMMAM, 17 February — Al-Rushaid Group here has opened a new control valve facility in Jubail Industrial City in collaboration with Dresser Industries of the United States. The inauguration ceremony was held in Jubail last week attended by officials of the two companies. The new facility will produce Masoneilan Valves which is one of the famous brands for control valves, level transmitters, actuators and accessories. The two companies plan further expansion and will integrate Grove, Ledeen and other major brands of Dresser's valve division in the near future. According to company officials, Dresser Al-Rushaid's well-equipped workshops are the only approved Dresser plants in the Kingdom. Dresser Industries' valve division has a turnover in excess of $600 million. It has presence in more than 120 countries with 27 manufacturing units around the world. (SH)
