DAMMAM, 24 June — A pack of wild dogs attacked a herd of goats in Al-Ashta village in Baha killing 30 of them. Bakheet Al-Zahrani had bought 100 goats for his son’s wedding celebration due next month and penned them near his house. Late in the night, hearing the animals bleating, he went out to check. He found that several dogs had wreaked havoc on his herd. Though he succeeded in driving away the wild animals, 30 of his best goats were already dead, Al-Bilad newspaper said in a report yesterday.
