RIYADH, 26 February — The Shoura Council discussed yesterday a subcommittee report on draft regulations for real estate registration. The draft contains 78 articles dealing with registration of properties, fixing their boundaries and ownership deeds. The economic committee of the council submitted a report on a draft bill which proposed charging of a fee for change of profession by expatriate workers. Muhammad ibn Jubair, chairman of the council, presided over the session. (SPA)
