RIYADH, 26 February — Governor of the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training Muhammad Al-Dhalan signed yesterday a contract to execute the first phase of the technical college project in Jizan at a cost of over SR78 million. The work has to be completed within three years. Once completed, the institute will enroll 3,300 students in various specializations. The first phase of the project includes buildings for administration, services, general studies department, mechanical and electronic technology departments and support services. (SPA)
