JEDDAH, 27 February — For the fist time ever, the department of domestic pilgrims at the Ministry of Haj has appointed camp managers to monitor the performance of local tawafa organizations and coordinate their activities. Known as site managers, these staff will ensure that the owners of the camp themselves are present throughout Haj to provide the required services to the pilgrims. There are more than 470 local Haj organizations offering services to pilgrims from inside the Kingdom. (AN)
