JEDDAH, 26 June — An 11-member team of producer-exporters of varieties of Indian tea, sponsored by Tea Board of India in association with Indian Tea Association, will visit Jeddah for three days from June 29. The objective of the visit, according to V.K.V. Raman, commercial counselor at the Consulate General of India, is to create an interface between the buyers of tea in the Kingdom and the sellers in India. To help enhance Indian tea exports to this part of the world, a buyer-seller meet is scheduled at the Red Sea Palace Hotel at 10 a.m. on June 30.
