KUWAIT, 2 March — Gen. Prince Miteb ibn Abdullah, assistant deputy commander of the National Guard for military affairs, emphasized the Kingdom’s steadfast stand toward Kuwait’s leadership under Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah following Iraq’s provocative statements.
Prince Miteb made this statement in an interview with the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Watan yesterday.
The prince also said the steps to sign a border agreement between the two countries were the result of cordial talks between the two brotherly nations. (SPA)
