JEDDAH, 6 July  — Singer Abdul Majeed Abdullah has returned to the city after a successful, but sophisticated tracheal surgery by a renowned doctor in a Parisian hospital. Since his doctor advised him not to talk too much during his convalescing period he will not speak to the media and friends for some time, Okaz reported yesterday.
