RIYADH, 15 July — Saudi businessmen are expected to suffer a big loss of more than SR520 million ($138 million) due to a ban on import and sales of Spanish olive oil which the Commerce Ministry slapped recently, informed sources told Arab News. Osama Kurdi, secretary-general of the Council of Saudi Chambers, told Arab News that the council would demand compensation from the parties that caused the losses.
