JEDDAH, 19 July — Dr. Ali Al-Khalaf, head of the Presidency for Civil Aviation, announced yesterday that the proposed expansion of King Abdul Aziz Airport in Jeddah would be completed by early 2007. Speaking to Okaz daily, he said the work would not affect normal traffic at the airport. The PCA chief said the project would unify international flight operations of all aircraft including those of Saudi Arabian Airlines and facilitate movement of passengers.
