JEDDAH, 31 July — Health Ministry officials are raiding pharmacies which are suspected of selling two banned drugs used for treating sexual problems. Informed sources said Dooz 14000 and Delay sprays, manufactured in Germany, are secretly sold at some pharmacies at SR25 a bottle. The medicines were banned because they contained chemicals that might cause impotency. Dr. Talal Ikram, acting health director in Jeddah, told Arab News that his department had questioned workers at pharmacies who violated the ban. (AN)
