JEDDAH, 6 July — Jeddah Municipality has embarked on a project to construct four pathways for jogging exercise by the public in different parts of the city, Okaz daily reported yesterday quoting Muhammad Ali Yousuf, director of gardens and beautification at the municipality.

He said the pathways will be provided with resting places, greeneries and recreation facilities.

Yousuf said the municipality has already completed two pathways in Sharafiya Gardens and New Jeddah.

The remaining two will be constructed along Prince Faisal ibn Fahd Street and Prince Majed Street in Azizia. Final designs of the two pathways are ready, he told the Arabic daily.

He said the municipality planned to construct more such pathways in the city in view of a remarkable increase in the number of joggers.
