RIYADH, 11 August — The Ministry of Interior yesterday called on car owners who wish to enter Saudi Arabia or pass through it to get their cars insured with an authorized insurance company in the Kingdom. In a press statement issued here, the ministry said that the authorities at the land and sea borders will not allow any car without insurance to enter the Kingdom from Nov. 20. The statement warned that fines ranging from SR100 to SR300 will be imposed on cars with expired insurance papers. (SPA)
