RIYADH, 20 May 2003 — The Ministry of Education has produced a general high school diploma that will be very hard to fake. The diplomas will be printed at the government press in Riyadh. The ministry was forced to take this step after many diplomas were faked using a computer program. Using the computer program, students were able to alter the information on existing diplomas or make new ones.
